This card does something we havent really seen before

There are many variations of MTG tutors, some of which restrict what type of card you can search for (creature, instant, sorcery, etc.), or where the card goes once you find it (into your hand, on top of your deck, onto the battlefield)

While the power level of this land is indeed high, and could perhaps be higher on the list if we just looked at pure power, I cant in good conscience put it any higher because its so easy to abuse
