Closer holes re 5 16" diameter x 2 3 4" apart. The farther apart holes are 5 16" diameter x 4 1 8" apart. The area where the winch was mounting the bolt holes are 2 1 4" apart and the original winch was about 5" base diameter. The other 2 holes on the end probably had a cleat or a jamb cleat of some sort. These holes are 4" apart.
