Wall of Omens further excels in midrange and control white decks due to the other flicker effects commonly found in white cube cards and the dearth of good white EtB effects

The implication here is that you could add cards of another color to your deck while totally disregarding the color identity of those cards

What I will say is, one of these cards is useful if you have any creature available, and the other is really only decent if you've got hordes of them or some kind of loop set up

Shimmer Dragon has become a fast favorite of mine, and I think the card is not-so-secretly very, very strong

With so many iconic cards in this generation, the connection between Kanto and Alola forms makes it natural to include Pokemon like Charizard in Burning Shadows, as this Fire-type favorite makes its home in the top tier
