AUSTRIAN SOLDIER’S RING C.1866, SIZE 11 ¾ 7 1/2 Early 20th century from theAustro Prussian War period. Gilt bronze, size 11 with rounded 4. 5mm band flaring to the foliate engraved shoulders. Raised square bezel in two horizontal ranks with the top and bottom in rococo drapes. The bottom with date 1888. These rings were fashionable at the time particularly among Austrian soldiers.
