Magic has more than enough self-mill to facilitate a swift flip, and I highly doubt you need much more than that to win with the proper setup

It can target any player, so its not strictly worse than any other card, but it just seems like a bad portent, when you cant just have Card not found

The same is true for flying, deathtouch, double strike, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, skulk, trample, and vigilance

Void is reminiscent of an older mechanic, revolt, which was released in Aether Revolt , released in 2017

When you cycle this card means When you discard this card to pay an activation cost of a cycling ability. These abilities trigger from whatever zone the card winds up in after its cycled
